The Debutante Cotillion Program recognizes the achievements and accomplishments of qualified high school seniors. The Cotillion program is designed to develop and enhance the personal, educational, cultural, spiritual, and social lives of young ladies. The program is for exceptional young women who are successful in their endeavors, role models to peers, and leaders within their respective communites.
